I've been working in care for more than 15 years. I started out as a healthcare assistant, then became a registered mental nurse, and am now a registered manager. I have learned about many things, such as mental health, caring for the elderly, and different learning disabilities and illnesses.
As a Registered Manager, I use my extensive experience gained through my career in care throughout my role to ensure each client and their family feel special and fully supported. I take my responsibilities seriously, and nothing cheers me up more than hearing from the people we've helped that they're pleased with the service we've provided for them.
