Established in 2022, Witham Community Care provides a personal, family run service with a difference. The small, dedicated team are trained to deliver a service tailored to individual needs, assisting older people living in Bexhill and the surrounding areas, to remain as independent as possible in their own home.

Support Worker's can provide assistance with:

- Personal Care
- Medication Management
- Household tasks
- Nutrition and Hydration
- Companionship Care
- Attending appointments and more.

The carefully selected team are personally recruited by the Owners, who are also the Registered Managers. The team are trained to the highest standard, and receive specialist training where required. Support Workers are encouraged and supported to continually expand their skillset, ensuring a person centred service is delivered every time.

Continuity of care is guaranteed. Witham Community Care's vision as a home care provider has always been to have a small and friendly feel, offering clients a more personal service than larger corporate providers. The team share the Owners vision for providing outstanding care, and truly go above and beyond to ensure those they care for are happy, comfortable and safe.

Witham Community Care also offers a weekly day centre service, which takes place on a Tuesday in Bexhill-on-sea. Witham Community Centre offers older people the opportunity to socialise, take part in new activities and maintain links to the community. A two-course lunch, refreshments and cakes are provided, and activities are tailored by the team based on each individual's interests and hobbies to ensure there is something for everyone!

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Witham Community Care. The managers make me feel relaxed and my Support Workers are both very good and I always looking forward to them visiting. I really recommend their services and thank them for their care.

My mum has had Whitham Community Care for a few months now and I can honestly say that they are such lovely caregivers. My mum is so happy with them, they treat her with respect and nothing is too much trouble for them always helpful and respond to any questions we might have. Would and will recommend
them to anyone.

We instructed Witham Community Care after our Mum had a spell in hospital and needed more care at home, particularly with regard to her complex medication. They have been attending twice a day, at breakfast and lunchtime, which has helped both Mum and the family immensely. They help with whatever Mum
isn't able to do, administer her tablets, chat with her and have taken her out for trips in the car. The ladies have given us peace of mind that Mum is cared for when we are working, they are always on time and communication is great - we receive regular emails, notes are carefully written in a folder and they have taken charge of organising her medication which has been a massive relief for us. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a gold-standard care service.

I only wish we had had the Witham Community Care girls looking after Mum a long time ago, They are so kind and caring and more importantly reliable and always on time. She really loved seeing them. They are very professional and have a wealth of knowledge and guidance of what's needed to make their
clients comfortable and secure. They are happy to do anything that makes the family's lives easier in difficult and emotional times. They even went and collected Mum from the hospital after an overnight stay when it was difficult to leave work at short notice. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

I can't recommend Witham Community Care enough. The care, support and services they provide are second to none. Witham Community Care has been looking after my grandad since October last year. He was resistant to help to begin with but with their understanding and client-centred approach the managers
made my grandad feel respected and supported and he loves their visits. It is such a relief knowing my grandad is in such safe hands. The communication from them is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. He loves having them visit every day and they treat him as one of their own. From daily routines, medical support and visits out into the community, they have grown his confidence and enabled him to stay in his own home for longer. We really appreciate everything you both do. Thank you!

Witham Community Care has been providing care for my Mum, in her own home, since October of last year. From their first visit to her, they have proved to be extremely professional but also down to earth, reliable and they have always demonstrated the utmost respect to my Mum. What I particularly liked
and appreciated was the effort made to really find out what sort of character Mum is and what she likes and dislikes were etc. A very person-centred approach. Communication with the managers has always been easy too, due to their approachable and friendly manner and it is such a relief to know that Mum is in safe hands. Mum seems delighted to be visited by either lady and always enjoys their visits. I will be looking to increase her level of support with Witham Community Care as soon as possible and would thoroughly recommend this service!

I am lucky enough to know a number of Witham Community Care's clients and they are all extremely happy with the service they receive. Some have regular companionship and really look forward to seeing the managers each week. It's very comforting to know that care is delivered to such a high standard
and they really do go over and above to ensure that their clients are happy with the service they receive.

Witham Community Care Ltd have gone above and beyond to help us as a family. Living far away from our Grandad it's always been hard to ensure he has everything he needs and with no relations close we have had no one to check in on him. The ladies at Witham Care have been more than we could have ever
expected. Our Grandad is a stubborn cookie - can be very stuck in his ways and it's been such a relief knowing he is so happy with the level of care the ladies bring to him. It's not just been the care work it's the company too and after Covid, they have bought his confidence back into venturing out of the house to his favourite shops and viewpoints. We really cannot recommend Witham Community Care enough, they have taken a worry off our shoulders knowing every day he is in the best hands. Such a fantastic business in which they should be extremely proud of! Thank you so much, we will always be so grateful for your services.

Witham Community Care is a family-run business with family at the forefront of their mind - treating all clients as if they are their own! The managers have been vital in my nan's recovery and helped me and the family understand her needs. It's difficult to persuade a stubborn woman to do anything and
yet they do it with such grace and professionalism. Nothing is too much and they truly go above and beyond. A huge thank you to them both, I am now confident that my nan's recovery is in the right hands!

Establishing Witham Community Care with my colleague and sister Nicole has felt truly special. We always knew that we wanted to offer a small and personable service, supporting people to live happy, fulfilled lives in their own home. I am the Nominated Individual and also the Registered Manager, and thoroughly enjoy working alongside our small and incredible team of Support Workers.


I have experience working in both a care home and domiciliary care setting, and spent four very happy years managing a care home in Bexhill, alongside Nicole, before taking the leap to open our own business. I have achieved my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, and enjoy setting myself new challenges and learning new things!


In my spare time I enjoy photography, and going for long walks with my border collie pup, Mika!

When establishing Witham Community Care, Laura and I had a clear vision of the personable service we wanted to offer, and now our dream has become a reality!


We are very fortunate to have an exceptional team to work alongside, who go over and above to ensure that people feel happy, safe and comfortable in their own homes. Along with our colleagues, knowing we're making a difference to our Service User's day is heart-warming.


Having obtained my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care in 2018, I have continued to expand my knowledge, specific to our Service Users' needs. Prior to opening Witham Community Care, my previous experience included 'Registered Manager' of a Care Home in Bexhill, working alongside Laura.


I'm a lover of a good sunrise and sunset, especially if I have my camera ready! Long walks to wear my Border Collie pup - Myla is my way to unwind in my spare time.

I have worked with Witham Community Care since 2023 and thoroughly enjoy being part of such a fantastic team. There is no better feeling than knowing that you have helped those we care for in a positive way, allowing them to remain happy and independent in their own home.
Witham Community Care allows me to continue to develop in my role with ongoing training. Nicole and Laura are always incredibly supportive not only to me, but especially to all of their service users. I am extremely proud to work for them.
On my days off I enjoy relaxing by doing art and cooking different recipes!
