Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for when there was miscommunication on the 2 occasions about family supporting you and us not needed. We learnt from that and are happy to hear its not a frequent occurrence. Thank you for your support by continuing to request for our services thereafter as and when your personal assistant is on leave. We are happy to hear that the one carer we sent to cover your personal assistant is doing a good job and we will make sure that they will be allocated to you as and when you need them. Your feedback is greatly valued as it helps us evaluate and improve our services for the best.

Jacqueline’s over 15 years of experience in health care services has equipped her to meet the desired quality assurance, privacy and confidentiality for the clients. Jacqueline has over 10 years of legal experience before then. Jacqueline also has fostered for the Nottingham City Council as a child-specific foster care for 5 years. From 2010 to 2020 Jacqueline worked as a domiciliary support care which involved her being sent to new clients to assist build up a person-centred care plan as well as risk assessments. Besides BL, LLB and PGD in Law, Jacqueline has level 5 Health and Social Care Management training through the London School of International Business (LSIB.) Jacqueline has a host of experience in planning for care involved helping people live in their homes.
