One carer in particular is patient and thorough. She listens to what I need and does it to a good standard.
The management above her could do better, as on a couple of occasions there has been miscommunication which lead to the personal assistance being told not to turn up and me without help. Luckily
its not a frequent occurrence.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for when there was miscommunication on the 2 occasions about family supporting you and us not needed. We learnt from that and are happy to hear its not a frequent occurrence. Thank you for your support by continuing to request for our services thereafter as and when your personal assistant is on leave. We are happy to hear that the one carer we sent to cover your personal assistant is doing a good job and we will make sure that they will be allocated to you as and when you need them. Your feedback is greatly valued as it helps us evaluate and improve our services for the best.

The care staff are very professional, kind, and always on time. The staff talk to my daughter with respect and always ask her what she wants done before doing it. My daughter has never been this happy and content since she had care staff, until Complete Care Needs started looking after her. The management
are polite and always come to check if staff are doing the right thing.

The care support provided from Complete Care Needs has been exceptional. The support workers are hard working, and keep busy all the time, they provide individual care support that is suited to my care needs. They are respectful, reliable, and help keep my dignity whilst offering support. I’m so grateful
for all the help they have given.

I have been with this company since September, I've had carers for about 4 years. This is the best company I've had, they go above and beyond, and they do whatever the client wants. This company has a heart because they always think about the client, they won't leave until everything is done so I would
highly recommend them to everyone.

For three years, right up until his death in February 2022, my father was very fortunate to have a live-in carer from Complete Care Needs who treated him compassionately like he was a part of her own family. She was attentive to his ever-changing moods and medical needs, showing patience and understanding
of his frustration as his Alzheimer's progressed and was totally professional when attending to his personal care. Right from the start, I could see my father was happy with the support we had in place for him and I feel blessed that Complete Care Needs enabled him to have the best end of life possible in the comfort and familiarity of his own home.

I have received very good support with very good communication to meet my individual needs and condition, including preparation of food, advising on content nourishment adapted to my age (82) and limited mobility in a large bungalow. The carer is flexible, i.e. will help with washing clothes and bed
making. I have come close to giving an excellent overall rating and would recommend my carer to others.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.889 for Complete Care Needs is calculated as follows: ( (33 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 36 Ratings = 4.889

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Complete Care Needs is based on 6 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 = 4.6

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
