Fee Guide for Domiciliary Care
Hourly Care Services:
1. Basic Care: - Hourly Rate: £30 per hour - Tasks: - Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) - Meal preparation and assistance with feeding - Medication reminders - Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry) - Grocery shopping and errands - Companionship and social interaction
Live-In Care Services:
1. Basic Care: - Daily Rate: £1100 to £1250 per week (typically covers a 24-hour period) - Tasks: - All tasks included in Basic Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Caregiver available for assistance throughout the day and night - Sleep periods for the caregiver (typically 8 hours) must be arranged
2. Moderate Care: - Daily Rate: £1250 to £1750 per week (higher than Basic Care) - Tasks (includes all Basic Care tasks, plus): - All tasks included in Moderate Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Increased availability of caregiver for assistance and supervision - Additional caregiver breaks (typically 2-3 hours) must be arranged
3. Complex Care: - Daily Rate: £1750 to £2250 per week (higher than Moderate Care) - Tasks (includes all Basic and Moderate Care tasks, plus): - All tasks included in Complex Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Intensive care and support for individuals with complex medical needs - 24/7 availability of caregiver for immediate assistance and monitoring.
