    Hourly Care Services:
    1. Basic Care: - Hourly Rate: £30 per hour - Tasks: - Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) - Meal preparation and assistance with feeding - Medication reminders - Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry) - Grocery shopping and errands - Companionship and social interaction


    Live-In Care Services:
    1.   Basic Care: - Daily Rate: £1100 to £1250 per week (typically covers a 24-hour period) - Tasks: - All tasks included in Basic Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Caregiver available for assistance throughout the day and night - Sleep periods for the caregiver (typically 8 hours) must be arranged


    2. Moderate Care: - Daily Rate: £1250 to £1750 per week (higher than Basic Care) - Tasks (includes all Basic Care tasks, plus): - All tasks included in Moderate Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Increased availability of caregiver for assistance and supervision - Additional caregiver breaks (typically 2-3 hours) must be arranged


    3. Complex Care: - Daily Rate: £1750 to £2250 per week (higher than Moderate Care) - Tasks (includes all Basic and Moderate Care tasks, plus): - All tasks included in Complex Hourly Care, provided on a live-in basis - Intensive care and support for individuals with complex medical needs - 24/7 availability of caregiver for immediate assistance and monitoring.
    Please note that the actual rates may vary based on factors such as location, level of caregiver experience, and specific client requirements. It is recommended to consult with the domiciliary care company directly for accurate and up-to-date pricing information.

Ready Care have wonderful, attentive and caring staff who use their initiative and always have the client's best interests at the forefront of their minds. They go out of their way to ensure the client is safe, secure, comfortable and happy. Always engaging with the client. Good time keeping and very
patient with my mother who has dementia. They arrive with a welcoming smile at all times and are very professional and patient. They fully understand and act on the client's needs. First-class management.

The team was amazing!
They were able to take Mum in with a double-handed 4 times a day package of care with just 2 days' notice.
The carers are lovely and became part of the family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ready Care Kent. They recently provided excellent care for an elderly family friend who was living at home with terminal cancer. She did not have any relatives but was determined to stay in her own home. Ready Care made this possible - caring for her right up until her
death. Initially they began with a few evenings and morning visits a week. The team was always caring, enthusiastic and punctual. Very quickly they built up a real relationship with my friend. Soon the visits became daily and communication with me was excellent. As my friend's health declined residential care looked inevitable, but RC stepped up and provided a live-in team. As everything became increasingly difficult often the team needed to double-up to provide the required care, but still they managed brilliantly to the very end. My friend has now left us, but I'm so relieved she died at home: this was only possible due to the remarkable care Ready Care gave her. Thank you.

My aunt is recovering from a stroke and chest infection and wishes to enjoy life living in her own home. The manager from Ready Care Services Kent visited her and carried out an assessment of her medical and care requirements. This was done with respect and humour and raised my aunt's mood and expectations.
The care package was documented with access and messaging provided through the company record system with her consent. My aunt receives 2-hour visits a day and Ready Care liaises with the local medical services. We are kept fully updated and her complex care needs are being met and exceeded. Her carers are respectful, thorough and provide kind friendship, humour and care. I trust them to provide professional care and thank them for the service they provide.
