Neptune Solutions UK Ltd provides a range of flexible are and support services to people in their own homes so that they can continue to live independently and remain in control of their own lives. Staff are provided with the relevant training they need and have the necessary qualifications to meet a wide range of personal care needs.

Having assessed your needs and the risks in the situation, Neptune Solutions UK Ltd, with help from the service user’s family members, friends and an advocate, prepare a personalised plan for the care they expect to deliver which the service user is central to. Care is constantly reassessed and the need reviewing leading to more or less care being recommended. This might lead to the type or pattern of service being varied as new risks become apparent.

I highly recommend Neptune Solutions. My daughter has profound complex needs. I couldn't ask for any better with my daughter's care and support.
They have made a massive change to my daughter's life and to myself.

Very good service, always on time to collect my daughter, the only down side is they don't have transport so activities have to be close to home by foot or public transport, but the carers are so kind and very caring and take in account all needs.

Excellent caring staff and brilliant management. My daughter loves her carers and they are amazing at getting her out to do activities. She used to refuse to go out with them but we were able to persuade her to go out and now it's a regular part of her routine.

The Neptune staff are very good with my daughter, and have a good understanding of her ADHD and autistic needs. The agency are great because they offer flexibility with the hours when required. Really appreciate everything the carers do, and what they offer. It has been a lifeline for us so far, as
the respite has been desperately needed for our own sanity as a family unit at home.

My son has amazing carer who he now regards as a friend! We have had so many professionals in and out over the years and no one has made such a big impact as them in a short period of time - it is nothing short of miraculous!

It’s been great working with the carers at Neptune Solutions. I have the respite I want from it and my son has settled in well on the routine with the carers. He looks forward to the outing and I have the time to focus on other things.

Staff are very courteous and polite, always here to help, and I cannot fault their attitude, The office staff are also very polite and informative, The only problem that I have noticed, is that none of the actual carers drive and my Grandson needs to be taken out on a regular basis (Even though he goes
out walking with the carer) where we live the buses are very rare and after 5.30 at night they don’t run at all also all days on Sundays.
It would be nice if they could supply a car during the winter months, this is not necessary all the time.

We will continue to support more of our support workers to be able to drive but in the meantime, we will try to ensure that the current fleet of cars we have is available to support service users to engage in socially inclusive activities more so in winter when the weather is rough and it tends to get dark early in the evening.

From the very start the care provider has been extremely helpful, going out of their way, above and beyond to offer every solution to our very intricate situation. The level of professionalism has been incredibly high with every detail covered in exceptional detail. The care that they are providing
for my child is done with warmth, compassion and understanding of his needs to a very high standard. He feels happy, safe and very much cared about, by the whole team. The level of support given to the rest of our family is remarkable and done with enormous enthusiasm. I have previously used other care providers and can honestly say I have never felt as at ease as I do with this company. After a month of thrice daily visits, they feel like part of our extended family. I honestly could not wish for more. I would absolutely and highly recommend this care provider.
