Myself and my husband have a 24-year-old son with severe autism, severe learning difficulties and extreme behavioural issues.
Many agencies had refused or not been able to offer adequate provision for him.
He and us were exhausted and frustrated and we had given up hope of a settled future for him.
Then
along came Vivid Care.
There are no words to adequately explain the change they have made in all of our lives.
Our son now has a team of carers that are completely dedicated to improving his life and they do it with such high levels of compassion, understanding and care.
We as his parents are now starting to get the rest we need and when he does come home to stay over we are Mum and Dad again and not just his carers.
We wouldn't just highly recommend Vivid Care and the service they provide, we would actively encourage you to see just how big a difference they could make to all of your lives.

We have found Vivid Care to be very professional and considerate in providing night care and have exceeded our expectations. The manager is always available to discuss any issues or concerns and equally contacts us if there are concerns/issues that arise while providing care.
