Hanya Homecare are brilliant and caring the staff are very pleasant and kind and always on time, they are very understanding of my father's needs and the person-centred care is very good, nothing is too much trouble for them, he has the same group of carers that my father gets on very well with, they
sort out all his medication out and if any needs ordering from the doctors they order it which is very reassuring for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I'm happy with their company and staff.

Hanya Homecare have gone above and beyond to support me through a difficult relapse. The staff have been kind, professional and thoughtful, and the care is person-centered to cater for my needs. They always arrive punctually and stay for the full hour. The care has also been provided by the same staff
for consistency, which is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Hanya Homecare and will use the service again should the need arise. Thank you very much to the whole team.

Hanya Homecare are absolutely brilliant in the care they are providing for my mother and also the reassurance this means for me. They took time to understand my mother's needs and developed a care plan tailored to her prior to starting their visits. Anytime we need to change anything, from new medication
to times needed for visits, they are quick and efficient in updating the plan.
Crucially, they do not just do what is asked and no more, they take the time to let me know immediately they have any concerns about my mother's health so that I can arrange GP or healthcare appointments quickly. The fact that they also insist wherever possible on having the same carer visiting each day means my mother gets used to them and feels reassured by this continuity. I really cannot rate Hanya too highly and their genuine care, initiative and efficiency.
