Extremely good service, extremely good communication. Any extras required were sorted immediately and with minimum fuss. Not supposed to write names, but the manager I deal with at Brentwood is extremely helpful and the care staff are wonderful.

The care my wonderful dad received was exemplary in every aspect. This truly wonderful manager made my dad's last three months the best they could be. Nothing and I mean nothing, was too much trouble. She taught me how to talk to Dad as he had undiagnosed dementia, which was transformative. I had had
no dealing with dementia before. Dad adored her and thought her spiffing. She was so gentle with him, and he was so so frail. His dignity and choice to her were paramount, and she supplied it in spades. It took me a while to finally give in and have care for Dad, as I believed I was doing ok, but once this lady arrived, I felt the fourth emergency service was in place.
Thank you so much for everything, and anyone reading this who needs assurance, be assured.

Looking after your dad was one of the most interesting calls I have ever had. He made each visit a complete learning experience of life, words, morals and values. You name it - he taught it. If I could give more than five stars, I would. From day one, SureCare has treated my mum like they would a dear family member. The staff go above and beyond with their care, helping her with all her daily needs. My mum looks forward to their daily visits and loves chatting and laughing with them.
I
receive weekly updates from staff on Mum and am happy to discuss any concerns that I or they may have. Knowing that Mum is being so well looked after in such a respectable manner gives me peace of mind as I do not live local to her.
I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, SureCare, for your continued support of Mum. You are a lifesaver!

The manager looked after my nan following some serious concerns over two previous agencies. All I can say is wow! The care she gave my nan was amazing, in comparison! Day trips out, genuine care which extended to her hospital visits to feed Nan while she was in the hospital. I honestly couldn't thank
her enough for everything she did for my nan. She treated my nan as a person rather than an object to do things to. If anyone is after a care company that actually cares, then you really need to contact Surecare. You won't regret it.

I honestly can't say enough about the lady that provided my nans care. She was honest, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and, most importantly, treated my nan with respect at all times. This lady was a lifesaver for us as a family, as we all lived so far away from her. I would highly recommend it.
