My mum is very happy with the service you provide. All your staff are always on time unless they get held up in traffic and if this is the case they have always rung to let mum know. They are always happy, cheerful and chatty, and brighten her day with their stories of family or holidays. For myself
as long as my mum is happy and looked after it makes it much easier for me to relax on my time away. Thank you.

Helping Hands Home Care have transformed my life and I am no longer lonely, or frightened about not being able to do every day things. I am 85 in March, at first I did not like so many different people coming each day, but now I look forward to seeing them and hearing their stories. I can relax and
look forward to each day now and catching up with news. Well done HH. A visit to the doctor was very helpful also.

We employed Helping Hands as carers for my mother and step father in law who both have dementia and were living at home. The care provided was second to none, the carer's all used their initiative and washed bedding and clothing, made sure that the kitchen was left clean etc. as well as catering for
the needs of my parents in law. Their cheerful disposition also helped to maintain a nice homely environment. The management team bent over backwards to help with any emergency i.e. the last minute need for an overnight stay etc. Thank you team, you were amazing!

I have been delighted and impressed by the quality of the service I have received. Despite having to change dates 5 times due to hospital cancellations (often at the very last minute) the staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The carers have come when they should-not always the case with many
services and have been kind and efficient in every way and have been a great help to me! Thank you.
