Right from the very beginning, the whole Guardian Angel team displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that made a real difference to the lives of our parents and to ours as a family. The carers demonstrated genuine kindness, patience and compassion often going above and beyond. The team were
extremely flexible with providing care when we needed it, even when circumstances changed at very short notice. It also gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was at the end of the phone for advice, support and being an advocate for our parents. It was a big decision to invite carers into our family home but we soon realised that we had made the right decision trusting Guardian Angels.

From the beginning to the end, we had a very professional service. All the carers Mum had over the Christmas period were great and looked after her needs. Whilst only a temporary arrangement I am now looking to get my mum home permanently out of a care home and will be looking forward to using Guardian
Angels to care for her. The care at home mum experienced was 1000 times better than at the care home.

As a family of an elderly cousin of 84 who spent 3 months in hospital following a fall, we are so grateful to Guardian Angels who organised her discharge and return home with support from a live-in carer. She has made excellent progress with the help of the carer and they have become firm friends. Guardian
Angels have been exemplary throughout, organising extra equipment when needed, and keeping the family updated. We would certainly have no hesitation in using Guardian Angels again in the future should the need arise.

Over the past year or so Guardian Angels have been a godsend in looking after my partner with MND. As a company and individual carers, they could not do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We have formed really strong relationships with the key carers, providing emotional as well as physical
support. They have been able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of MND to ensure the right level of care is provided.

Since I started to receive help in October last year, I have been very happy with the support I received.
The two staff that supported me were excellent.
I was very pleased that the owner took time to come and meet me in person, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guardian Angels have been a blessing to have in our home. From day one the care my husband has received has been excellent. The carers all do such a brilliant job and they all go beyond the job role. Excellent at managing any changing needs and requirements and are there at the end of the phone in case
of emergency. They have been particularly helpful during the past week and I am so grateful to them. The carers have formed such a lovely caring relationship with my husband and this has given me peace of mind in knowing that I have the right care for his changing needs. The administration staff are extremely efficient and are very knowledgeable.
Well done Guardian Angels you are all absolute treasures.
I would highly recommend Guardian Angels to anyone looking for excellent care provision.

I would totally recommend Guardian Angel Carers Eastleigh. They have been very efficient, caring and accommodating with my mother's changing care needs. Lovely people; always there to help and easy to contact by phone or email. Very friendly staff, from management to the carers themselves. Guardian

The whole ethos of Guardian Angels is based on the need of the individual who needs care and also the needs of the carer. The documentation and communication are of an exemplary standard. The profile of the resident is such, that with follow-up reports of the visits, that continuity of care is maintained
should there be a change in carers. This is such a caring professional friendly company.

As the daughter of a client, I have found Guardian Angel Carers Eastleigh & Hedge End to be caring, reliable and trustworthy. They are flexible and they will listen to any concerns that I may have.
For example, Mum needed a change in her care needs and they responded quickly and were prepared to meet

As the wife of a client, I am delighted to say that Guardian Angel Carers, who have been providing my husband's care since early December 2022, have been excellent. Their care of my husband has been very professional and they look after him with great kindness and care. We enjoy their visits four times
a day and the whole team has become friends to us and all our family.

I started my career in adult care in 2012, as a healthcare assistant. This was in an acute surgical ward at Southampton general hospital. Since then I took up various roles within clinical settings which resulted in experience across many care provisions. After taking time off to travel, I started a five-year role as a senior support worker in the community palliative care team. In this role, I could fulfil my grandma’s last wishes and support her journey to the end of life, in the comfort of her own home.


My passion for ensuring individuals receive high-quality care drove me to want to learn and expand my knowledge. Therefore, I undertook a diploma of higher education in healthcare support.


I believe everyone should be able to lead independent, fulfilling happy lives with the caring and compassionate support of others. Guardian Angel Carers share these values, providing safe, effective quality care with dignity and respect.

I practised General Medicine Nursing in Romania before specialising in Mental Health Community Nursing. I always thrived on giving people my time and trying to make a difference.


I left Nursing in 2003 and started my career in adult social care. Fortunately, I could work across different areas of adult social care, including learning difficulties and mental health.


My career started as a support worker and progressed to becoming an Area Manager. In addition, I completed my diploma in managing health services.


In 2016 I had to personally seek community care for my sister who had cancer and required end-of-life support. This connected me with carers who were going above and beyond to support not only my sister but our family too. This prompted me to restart direct managing for community care teams. I wanted people in similar circumstances to have the same outstanding experience.


Fast forward to today, where I have actively managed a local community care team, and continually expand my knowledge. Making a difference and doing things creatively to achieve excellence has brought me to Guardian Angel Carers. I believe that the ethos of Guardian Angel Carers and working alongside like-minded people will help me develop further.

Prior to opening Guardian Angel Carers Eastleigh & Hedge End, Stephen spent 10 years as a Hampshire Police Detective.
