I have been very pleased with the quality care received from Quality Care 4 You, especially for the past week. I have been experiencing symptoms of vertigo which makes me very anxious when mobilising. The care team has been exceptionally supportive. The care manager calls to check on me and advises
me to call her if I require more support, I can hear her genuine concern for my safety on the phone. The care staff spend a little more time with me to ensure I am safely in bed or sitting up with my phone, glasses and remote control beside me within arm's reach, my breakfast, a bottle of water and fruit to minimise the risk of me falling. They help me with my medication for which I am grateful. My heartfelt gratitude to the team.
