Having worked as a Health and Safety advisor for industries ranging from media and publishing to utilities and corporate offices for over 10 years now, Priya wanted to embark on a fresh journey, one that she could call her own! With Prab Bawa, a good friend and business partner, Priya decided to sign up for Caremark.


“We wanted to utilise our existing skills and background to make a perfect combination in giving something back to the community. We could do so by looking after people in their own homes and giving them a better quality of life through a well-trained and caring team of care assistants!

Job Title: Registered Care manager

Sarah is the care manager for the Northampton branch of Caremark. Her job is to ensure that all runs smoothly in the branch, that customers receive the highest quality care and that carers are fully supported in their role.


I am really looking forward to working with the team to build the branch and to support people to remain independent in their own homes.


In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting the seaside. Both of my sons are in the England Street Dance Team, so I spend a lot of time travelling and watching them in competitions which I love!
