All care services are specifically designed to support daily activities in an individual’s daily living environment. And staff are champions within the service, actively ensuring the right care and choice is provided and promoting an outstanding quality of life.

The team's approach is customised to every individual through a personal care plan assessment and from as little as 1 hour session or 24 support live in care. Services provided include everything from personal care, help with hospital discharge, learning disability, dementia care to food preparation for cancer care, medication assistance, palliative care, and personal hygiene care.

Nesscare employs staff who are suitably qualified and competent to meet the needs of the people who use the service. All staff receive appropriate training to equip them to meet the assessed needs of the people in this care service, as defined in their individual plan of care. All training is regularly updated and staff receive refresher training so that their working practices are kept up to date and to ensure good practice and the provision of a quality service for individuals.

I am extremely pleased with my care from Nesscare. I was visited prior to my care starting to discuss my needs, and these have been met since on every occasion. All staff are friendly, but professional and always treat me with dignity and respect. Communication is very much two way and I look forward
to my two visits each day. I would definitely use this company again should I need care in the future.

I am a neighbour of your patient who has been visited twice a.day by your carers.
They are extremely polite, caring and considerate. His health has improved greatly. The twice daily visits to him which includes a chat have been very beneficial.
I have spoken to the carers on occasion and have always
found them very polite and pleasant.
He has been very fortunate to have been helped by these carers and I know he appreciates everything they have done for him.
