Nomofrau Services came recommended by my aunt on my grandfather's side.
As British-born Jamaicans, care was/is not something that is usually considered, usually the family pulls together or takes the elderly relative in.
Times have changed and now in most families, all parties work or study. I live
with my Grandmother and work. Nomofrau Services have provided exceptional care to my strong-willed Jamaican-born Gran - 100 years old. A milestone we weren’t sure we would see but with the extra care provided by Nomofrau Services, we are still able to keep her safe and well at home. Nomofrau are respectful of our wishes and preferences and we are also respectful of the professional knowledge and guidance they provide. Nomofrau staff are friendly and well-liked by our family. The two staff I’ve seen are patient with my grandmother, she is blind but will still argue about the light’s being on or off or it being day or night. Excellent communication. I highly recommend and appreciate them.
