    Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
    We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
    We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

The carers are always punctual for their arrival time.
They are most friendly to talk to and very caring in al ways to my wife's needs.
Never hesitate to ask if anything else needs doing.

Mum has been receiving twice daily visits from Alina care staff. The care provided has been excellent and there has been helpful and timely communication of any concerns or issues found. The manager has also been very accommodating with regards to mum's ever changing needs and has reorganised visits
and tasks whenever necessary. I am very grateful for the high standard of care provided and would definitely recommend to others.

We are very pleased with the care given to our 96-year-old father. Dad has received exceptional care, both physically and mentally. All the carers are very personable and friendly and Dad always feels stimulated and uplifted during and after their visits. Also, all staff and managers at Alina are very
helpful giving advice and support on other forms of support, appropriate equipment etc.

The service our mother has received from Alina has been excellent. Despite us changing the care package on several occasions, and sometimes at short notice, nothing has been too much trouble, and we thank the manager for this.
Mother is not the easiest of people, and her carers have treated her with
the utmost care and compassion at all times, for which we are grateful.
We have worked our way through a number of care providers who, for one reason or another, have fallen by the wayside and can honestly say that Alina has proven to be a Godsend.
We would highly recommend them.

We have been having the carers in since late November and they are absolutely fantastic the manager and staff tend to every need that my aunt needs. My aunt speaks so highly of all of them especially the manager, not one negative word even when I met her, she is so friendly and professional and compassionate
to the customers, what a great person. Absolute 5 stars and worth every star, thank you.

I have been very pleased and impressed with the care provided so far. All the staff that visit my father are kind, compassionate, friendly, and helpful. As well as helping with my father's personal care they also help him with his breakfast and wash up and clean up in his kitchen which I really appreciate.
He tells me he enjoys having chats with them about lots of different subjects and he never feels rushed. I can keep a check on his care visits through the app which is fantastic.
Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the care, carers are lovely people and look after me very well and are very important to me mentally as well as physically. My mother’s care is excellent and exceeds in quality and attendance to detail that of care provided by previous companies. I am kept fully up-to-date on all aspects of my mum’s health and well-being.
The carers are extremely professional, particularly in their conversational skills. I say this because
my mother is very hard of hearing but this does not prevent the carers from making sure they listen and answer questions about the topics my mum is interested in; family news and more general news from the television.
The carers take great pains to make sure my mum is as comfortable as she can be particularly before leaving her following every visit.
Food and drink preparation is done to my mum’s liking with great attention paid to the amount of water she drinks to prevent dehydration. Care is taken with prescription and medicine administration and communication between the carers is excellent.
