Throughout our time supporting your father, we maintained regular contact with both your family and local authorities, ensuring transparency and cooperation. We also addressed the feedback provided, offering a discount and cooperating with ongoing investigations. It is disheartening to hear of your dissatisfaction through public reviews rather than directly, as we strive to address issues promptly and thoroughly. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service. I am truly sorry that your experience fell short of these expectations. We take all feedback very seriously, actively reviewing concerns. Unreliability: We are always striving to ensure consistent, high-quality care and address any gaps in our service. Missing or broken items: This is not reflective of the standards we uphold, and we are reviewing this internally to understand what happened Cleanliness: We sincerely regret any oversight in maintaining the cleanliness of white goods and will reinforce. Driving: We conduct rigorous checks for all employees, including driving eligibility and insurance where applicable. We cooperated fully with the relevant authorities and continue to await the police's final report.
