The company is great at communicating, has great staff, very good care workers, compassionate, reliable and know what they are doing. There are other people in my block who use their services and are very happy with them. Would for sure recommend it.

I feel good with this agency. They are God-sent angels and I feel safe with them. They are caring, supportive, reliable, and compassionate care workers. I would for sure recommend to anyone looking for care workers who are trained and trustworthy to support you. 10 out of 10. They also provide services
to many people in my residence home who are not able to use the internet but I know they would for sure recommend and express how happy they are with this service provider.

My last review was made under the duress of constantly being pestered to write it although I was not given enough time to form an opinion.
There is a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of listening to clients without dismissing, disputing and overriding client needs and requests. Overly
helpful in the beginning leading to attempted manipulation and disrespect.
This agency has lots to learn about addressing clients' needs and not satisfying its own ego. This new agency needs a lot more experience in listening to clients and meeting their needs. It provided a terrible service which needs much improvement. This was the shortest and most unnerving carer/client relationship I've ever experienced. I have concerns for other clients who are unable to stand up for themselves. This was definitely not a pleasant experience and I will not be recommending this service provider to anyone else. For the sake of client health and well-being, this agency needs close monitoring.

We are glad that you were happy with the service provided to you at the beginning, but, sorry to hear it didn't continue due to limitations on what we can't provide as a care agency. Our standard of care still remains the same, Respect, Caring, Supportive and Compassionate. We provide care workers to support and assist people who are in need in order to be able to be independent or be comfortable in their chosen environment. We are a care-providing agency and we do not provide Maids or Chefs. Our policy goes along the guidelines of what the Social Services instruct us to carry. Again we are very sorry we could not accommodate your requirements and we wish you all the best.

Munissa Kare Services was very understanding of my situation, they never judged me and looked down on me like some of the people I have come across in the past. They have supported and treated me like I matter, treated me like family and their great staff, supported me with all my needs.
Very happy
with them and would recommend to anyone who is in need of great caregivers.
