I can't speak highly enough about the company. The management are wonderful, they have always, on every occasion sorted care out for mum (even if it's been last minute).
Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The carers that come to mum are friendly and professional. Mum is very happy and comfortable
to be left with them, which gives me peace of mind if we're away.

Caremark were appointed to visit my mother primarily although they looked after my father too as both were suffering from different forms of dementia. All carers were friendly, supportive, caring. They took them out for walks, did colouring and exercise particularly my mother who was deteriorating rapidly.
The management kept us informed at all times. We would not have been able to keep them at home as long as we did without excellent Caremark. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

My mother and I engaged Caremark Doncaster in 2024 to provide companionship and care one day a week for my elderly father who has dementia.
The service has been nothing less than outstanding, the care and companionship has been first rate and my father has bonded well with the very respectful team
member.
This has also given my father a greater level of social engagement, chatting and playing board games etc as well as going out for short walks, and has also allowed my mother respite for at least one day a week.
We are very pleased with Caremark Doncaster, I cannot recommend them enough.
Well done, Caremark!

After years of trying to find a decent professional care company that would look after my Mother and give her the care and attention she needed she came across Caremark just before she went into hospital for a shoulder replacement.
Due to complications, she had a 2-month stay in hospital and unfortunately,
since then she has been bed-bound. When she was well enough to come out of hospital we contacted Caremark and between us produced a care plan to cover all Mother's needs.
Caremark have been absolutely brilliant since day one. All the staff from management to carers are very professional and dedicated in everything they have done. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond caring for my mother and helping the family to get all the care and assistance that she needs.
When the time comes that a care company is needed we would highly recommend Caremark we only wish we had found them earlier.

I have nothing, but praise for the Care and Attention my Mum received from leaving hospital up to her passing recently.
The Carers were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my Mum was happy, which put my Mum at ease.
She was very weary of strangers coming into her house to care for her,
but she found it quite easy to accept this due to the care and love your carers showed towards her. Our family will be eternally grateful to you all and we appreciate the lengths they had to go to just to get through to such a remote location often 4 times a day at some points.
So blessed we found you and doubly blessed that Mum had you to care for her.
If ever my Dad needs help in the future we will be in touch in a Heartbeat and for anyone reading this review, words just can't do justice to the care and support my lovely Mum has had from Caremark and their team of Carers. My mum loved you all and so did we!

After a couple of non-injury falls my 98-year-old father begrudgingly accepted that he may need some help. Caremark stepped in and from Oct 2023 they provided a once-a-day lunchtime visit. A care plan was devised and this included preparing his lunch, general cleaning of his home, changing his bed,
washing and ironing, etc. From the outset, nothing was too much trouble for the carers, a couple of whom were regular attenders. They understood my father's needs perfectly. He wasn't the easiest person to deal with, but they did and with good humour.
My wife and I took a holiday in Jan and on day one we were notified that Dad had suffered another fall which had caused him slight injury. Caremark took appropriate action and was flexible enough to increase visits to 3 times a day which was enormously reassuring.
Dad recently passed away. Thanks to all at Caremark, but special thanks go to the 2 regular carers. I can't name you, but hopefully, you know who you are.

The management has bent over backwards to swap and change care packages when required. Carers are excellent and the same carers all the time. They have a true understanding of a dementia client. Would definitely recommend this company.

My mum enjoys the calls and likes all the carers. They talk to her and meet her needs, her medication and hygiene needs are met with some light opportunities for helping her keep the house tidy. The service takes pressure off me and slows me to spend quality time with my mum.

Caremark Doncaster has cared for my father for the last 9 months since he was discharged from hospital after suffering a stroke.
From day one they provided very reliable service and helped us with suggestions of food suppliers, how to store Dad's house keys, and other equipment we might find helpful
with dads day to day care and safety.
The care manager and care coordinator always replied to any questions or worries I had and were always happy to amend visiting hours or the care plan we had in place.
I felt a sense of comfort knowing that a caring and reliable company was taking care of Dad and that any problems or concerns would be brought to my attention immediately.
Monthly invoices are emailed to you with all the visits recorded on a daily basis so it is quite simple to check that they are correct and then payment can be made using an online banking transfer.
Without Caremark, I don’t know what we would have done about Dad's daily care as the local council could not offer any help or support.

Caremark flew to the rescue when it looked like my dad needed nursing care at home, providing a much-needed fast response at a time when our family was feeling vulnerable and helpless. The Caremark representative who responded to my call gave our family her time, expertise, and guidance willingly and
generously, with no strings attached. The fact that Caremark liaises closely with Adult Social Services also gave us the confidence this is a reliable organisation wholly trusted by the local authorities, a safe pair of hands.

The manager and the whole team at Caremark in Doncaster were just brilliant from the first contact, through 7 months of care for my mother and father in their home. They visited 4 times a day, preparing meals and helping my mother with her personal care. Always delivered with respect, dignity and a
smile, even arranging waking night sitters for Mum to keep her safe at night. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Impressed with the care and service provided to date. Having consistency of the same two carers arriving at the same agreed time each visit is very important to most elderly people and Caremark pride themselves on achieving this.
Communication between my dad, the carers and the office has been excellent.
Dad speaks very highly of the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail from both male carers who currently visit him. Having used an alternative care provider in the past, I am delighted they are not all the same!

My friend has never had carers come into her home before, so was naturally a little apprehensive. Her fears were allayed right from the start. Everyone we have dealt with at Caremark has been friendly, kind and understanding. The emphasis is on what is best for the customer and how she wishes to be
treated. I would recommend Caremark to anyone looking for a caring care company.

From the very first phone call with Caremark Doncaster to the last visit for my Mum the professional, caring, enthusiastic and genuine kindness from everyone involved was wonderful.
We needed 1 week respite care for mum who has complex care needs. Most care companies shy away from this sort of provision.
But Caremark embraced our needs and gave a reliable, compassionate service.
Mum loved having the team in her home. And would be very happy to use Caremark Doncaster again in the future.
