The staff know about health needs and personal preferences.
They regularly check and involve my family in decisions about care for my brother and the treatment they give you transparency.
Staff made sure my brother got the right food and drink he needed and the personal care of my brother was immaculate.

I have found the staff very professional and caring. They are always ready to listen to my concerns, it is never too much for them, although I'm sure they are very busy. I feel they really care about my dad and are so flexible about helping me organise care for his appointments. I live in a different
part of the country to my dad. It was becoming difficult to think how to negotiate his needs but at present having carers twice a week is enabling him to live in his own flat.

Primrose Healthcare Solutions are professionals, and their presence brightens Mum's day. We enjoy working with the friendly staff who are patient to ensure Mum recovers well is fascinating. They clean the house during their routines and even made friends with our dog.
