We use helping hands to provide additional social visits, rather than help for cleaning etc, and this works very well. Variety of helpers with good continuity means mum gets to know them all. Thanks

The care and support supplied for my Mother was generally very good and some of the carers were excellent and really did go above and beyond to help Mum.
They took the pressure off my father who had managed Mums care prior to engaging Helping Hands.

From the moment I first contacted Helping Hands, Brentwood, I felt so supported.
Organising care for my mother was made easy by professional and knowledgeable staff.
Her carer was kind, punctual and respectful of her and her home. Always flexible too. They formed a good relationship and she felt secure
in their care.
Members of management were extremely helpful if I had a query and on hand to listen, and offer good advice.
I would, and have, recommended them to others.

Extremely impressed with the care provider and the carers who attend my mother, so much that I have recommended to others,.
We have had the for some time now and have always been happy with them.
They do a companion visit and house work.
