We have been using Caremark's services for about 8 months and and are more than happy with the care they have provided for my parents. Their carer is kind, courteous and professional. Doing everything they can to ensure my parents ' needs are met..
Any questions I may have are dealt with quickly.
And every member of the team I have dealt with has always gone to great lengths to be helpful.

The carers are lovely people. They looked after my mum really well, and showed compassion and understanding.

Caremark Brent provide a carer for my parents. The level of care is excellent and the carer provided is someone we have complete faith in.
It is reassuring to know that my parents are in good hands.
The communication between myself, the carer and the management is clear and swift. But I feel that
the service they provide goes beyond that of carer and we are so glad of their support.

Caremark Brent are providing domestic and companionship services for my mum. Apprehensive at first as I have never used one before but found they offer an excellent service with genuine care, clear communications and updates.
Only after a few weeks my mum has settled in well with her carer, which
is a great relief. My mum is very punctual and has a set routine every day I was concerned that the carer may not understand this but has adapted well to her needs. It's a great relief to see my mum happy with the carer and couldn't ask for more.

Caremark Brent provide a carer for my father. From the start of the process, they’ve been great.
Caremark worked with us to match to a suitable carer. Once the carer started, we were still supported by the owners of the company, and client services manager, exceeding our expectations.
The carer is
fantastic; just ‘right’ for our father, and our home, as are the two additional carers we sometimes have as ‘back-ups’. The carer has also, with their professional eye, spotted some other health issues with my father and flagged to us. The carer is experienced, kind, professional, multi-skilled, has initiative, and is totally trustworthy.
If anything ever needs tweaking regarding my father’s care, Caremark Brent sort it out. Nothing is a problem. The office team continue to support, beyond our expectations, with sensitivity and understanding; many times helping when new issues arise as my father ages, always going above and beyond.
Highly recommended.

Having engaged with other service providers, they stood out from everyone else because, from the outset, the team proved to be exceptionally professional and very understanding. They managed to match

We have been with the Brent Caremark team since May and whilst our first two weeks were a bit patchy with one particular carer, things have been smooth sailing since. The manager worked hard and diligently to ensure Mum's needs were being met. She carried out inspections with carers multiple times and
was able to find the perfect fit for Mum and our family. My mother suffers from dementia and having the same, gentle, kind and understanding carers is essential, particularly as her dementia has advanced to the stage where she is no longer able to speak and vocalise her feelings properly. We feel totally at ease and happy to leave Mum with Caremark (Brent) carers. We consider the ones that we have currently as part of our family. Would definitely recommend the team to friends, family and strangers.

We started using Caremark (Brent) for my dad as the agency provided on hospital discharge was unreliable. We’ve had a really good experience from the initial assessment and lots of communication from the care managers as well as a consistent team of carers which is what we needed as Dad has high care
needs. They have made sure the carers are safe with handling Dad before leaving them to be independent. We have felt listened to and been treated with respect which again was different from the previous agency. Would definitely recommend this agency as they are genuinely interested in caring/helping.
