All of the team, we simply can't thank you enough for the level of care and support we received during Mums final days. You were all so genuinely caring and couldn't do enough for us all during those very difficult days. We knew Mum was receiving a level of care from you that was second to none, with
respect and dignity that was extended to all of us as a family. Each one of us will absolutely recommend your company, your team, your attention to detail and your personalised care to anyone that needs care at home. You helped to make Mums last journey as comfortable, peaceful and respectful as it possibly could be and we will be forever grateful to you all.

My mum had a significant stroke in August 2023, she was given just days to live and we bought Mum home from the hospital . We met the manager and his team shortly after that. The care Mum received was outstanding from all the team. Mum required four daily visits and the team were always punctual, friendly
and professional. Mum built up a great relationship with the carers and we trusted them implicitly. They were supportive to the family during a difficult time in our lives, they were respectful and never intrusive. When mum was admitted to a care home they came to visit her and bought gifts which was very thoughtful. As a carer myself I was apprehensive about who would be providing care to Mum but we were delighted to get to know all the team. Sadly Mum passed away a short time ago however we will be forever grateful for the love that they showed to her.

When my Grandma got discharged from hospital on End Of Life care we received 5 star care from Pristine. The management team came out to meet my Grandma and the family to discuss her care plan and her needs. I cannot recommend Pristine enough! They came in the house each call with a smile on their faces
which made my Grandmas day. They treated Grandma with respect and dignity and always ensured she was being well cared for. They were always on the end of the phone if we needed help or advice. All of the staff were well mannered and always went the extra mile. Not only did they support my Grandma but they also supported us as a family. When my grandma got moved to a care home, the staff from Pristine kept in touch and came to visit her. The staff are passionate about their jobs and treat the service users like their own family members. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing was ever too much for them and as a family, we will be forever grateful for everything they did for Grandma.
