With over 20 years of experience in the care sector and over 14 years of management experience, he has a refined skillset leadership skills and ability to achieve demanding targets in challenging environments. He has always led by example and been a role model for others. He has been a clinical lead nurse and a manager, managing nursing, dementia, mental health, and learning disabilities care homes. He has considerable experience dealing with individuals from varying backgrounds and at different levels of seniority.
Jason wants to set a new and higher standard for domiciliary care. It’s about treating people as individuals by delivering the right blend of services and skills to meet their individual needs. Justyna has recently been working as a Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS Trust, providing person-centred care and support to patients, this includes continuous assessment, Care Planning, and clinical assessment.
Justyna’s skills include good mentoring skills, understanding of NHS care principles, ability to work under extreme pressure, problem analysis, problem-solving, and good communication skills including verbal, written and computer literate.
