My Mom was a client of Acer, she was 87 and housebound, with oxygen 24/7 due to her poor breathing and was physically frail. Acer has been wonderful, polite and friendly, on time for the 12 months we used them and gave my mom something to look forward to, looking after mom in the mornings, lunchtime
and evenings to make her life more manageable, always chatting and friendly. Always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They always did what was asked and more if necessary.
A carer found Mom on the morning she passed and she could not have done any more than she did, she was amazing and I will always be very thankful to her, she stayed with the family long after her shift had ended and was very professional but warm at the same time.
I would recommend Acer to anyone with a care need.

The care Mum has received has been wonderful, so kind, caring and always putting Mum's needs first. They have on a few occasions asked if I minded them handling Mum where necessary. Your carers are definitely first-class. My thanks go out to all of you.

Carers are prompt, professional and very polite. Care is excellent and personalised to my needs. Management is excellent, stepping in when needed. Any changes to my care plan are implemented quickly. Sensitive to my needs etc.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have been receiving. The standard of care and timekeeping is beyond our expectations. They are polite friendly and cannot be more helpful. My wife recently had an emergency requiring a bed change between visits, a quick call to the office and we were visited
within an hour. So helpful when I did not know which way to turn. It makes you feel confident that there is someone to help if you have an emergency.

Very helpful and accommodating. Really kind when caring for my mum who is highly dependent on their help. Always leave the house in an immaculate condition. Pay close attention to detail and are really conscientious.

They came to the house and explained all of their service before and then left us to make a decision.
My mum has daily care they help to dress and do her breakfast.
They also give her a shower if she wants one.
They are very attentive and always ask Mum what she needs they are clean and smart.
Mum
was very wary of people going into the house but took to them straight away.
There help has made my life easier and gives me time with my family.
I would recommend them.

Very good service provided. Work hard and treat my mother with care, keeping the accommodation clean and picking up her prescription when needed. Trust is a big thing for me and I feel I can trust them to look after my mother which gives me peace of mind.

I had very bad experiences with different agencies previously. Ever since I have used Acer health care I feel so happy. Management is excellent - they listen promptly and provide the best care possible. Highly trained care staff and very friendly and professional attitude.

My wife receives a regular carer, she helps my wife with her daily routine, my wife has dementia her care is very high and challenging level, they have an excellent understanding of my wife's needs. She is very pleasant and accommodating and offers lots of support to my wife, she puts all the effort
into meeting my wife's needs, and we are very happy with the service we get from Acer Health Care and communication, management is really helpful. Thank you for providing the best care for my wife.

We have had some real issues with carers in the past and when I was faced with having to self source I was quite overwhelmed by it all. My dad is completely bed-bound needing quite specific care so I took my time in looking for the right care. Acer Healthcare has been outstanding. They have listened
to our needs, resolved any issues quickly and effectively and are always there when we need them. Two staff members in particlar have been a great support with a wealth of knowledge and they actually care. Sadly with other providers this has not been the case. This is a very difficult time for us all as a family and this is one less thing we need to worry about as I know the carers do their very best and are punctual which can be difficult for them when emergencies occur. The best thing about Acer is the level of communication which is second to none and is so important when caring for a family member who is at end of life. Just want to say a big big thank you to them all.

We have been very pleased with the service from our carers. We see 4 regular carers who are now getting to really understand my partner's needs.
They are pleasant and accommodating and offer advice when they notice something which needs to be dealt with.
