We will charge by a standard hour, and client and staff rates will be adjusted for unsocial hours by:
• 25% for weeknights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and weekend days (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM),
• 50% for weekend nights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and Bank Holidays.
In addition to this, we will apply a 'late call' fee for any shift which will be requested with less than 24h notice.

Flexy Care's pricing model is derived using a bottom-up approach to calculate the income based on the estimated chargeable hours we will sell and a benchmark approach comparing similar organisations’ fees and the current market conditions.
