It was very clear that the senior member of staff that we first spoke to and who subsequently visited us for the initial client assessment put her client's wellbeing first as having the relevant background then aims for her company to provide the best service possible to meet the client's needs. The
younger member of staff who then provided the care was very kind, willing and supportive and no task was too much trouble for her so was much appreciated!
They were very punctual, kind and compassionate and were keen to really understand our parent's situation and needs so that they could provide both a friendly and tailored service. I would very much recommend their services to other families looking for home care for their loved ones.

A particular member of staff was my carer for my mother-in-law at my daughter's wedding. Her care was exceptional. She assisted her to eat and drink. My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and the carer took her to the bathroom when required. The carer was great company for her. I would highly recommend
employing this company if you require a companion for a member of your family on any occasion. Thank you for taking the pressure off me and allowing me to thoroughly enjoy my daughter's wedding. 100% 5-star service.

I am also grateful for the high quality of care that my aunt receives. The staff are all highly qualified and experienced, and they are always up-to-date on the latest medical and care practices. They are also very patient and understanding, and they are always willing to take the time to answer my
aunt's questions and concerns.
I am confident that my aunt is receiving the best possible care. She is happy and healthy, and she is surrounded by kind and compassionate people. I am so grateful for everything that you have done for her.
Kind regards.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care provided by the care staff at collective healthcare. They have been caring for my elderly mother for several months now and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. The care staff are
always punctual, professional, and compassionate, and they go above and beyond to ensure my mother's needs are met.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.5 (9.500) out of 10 for Collective Healthcare is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.5 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 5.000 for Collective Healthcare is calculated as follows: ( (30 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 30 Ratings = 5

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Collective Healthcare is based on 5 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4.5

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
