Olan has extensive experience in working with clients with a range of complex neurological conditions. He is passionate about restoring a sense of hope, confidence and possibility by working with clients to understand their unique hopes, goals and needs.

Emma has over 15 years experience in neuro rehabilitation and specialises in complex neurological conditions, CBT therapy techniques, anxiety management, mindfullness, postural and upper limb assessments and treatments as well as supporting community access and facilitating complex discharge from hospital to home

Lauren is a neuro specialist physio therapist with over 13 years experience. Lauren also had a degree in sports science and is experienced in early support discharge, complex neurological conditions, including FND.

Rhiannon has a Batchelors and masters degree in speech and language therapy and specialises in neurology, stroke, general medicine, elderly medicine, respiratory and cardiac treatment. Rhiannon has additional training and qualifications in assessment and management of adults with dysphagia, aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria and cognitive communication disorders.

Caroline has worked in neurological care settings since qualifying as an adult nurse in 2010. previous to her current role she was a ward sister of acute neurology and neurosurgical wards and then matron of neuro rehabilitation and neuro psychiatric wards. Caroline has a post graduate qualification in regional neurological course. Caroline is trained in tracheostomy and oropharyngeal suctioning and care, enteral feed tube management and manages the community service for Peartree rehab.

Vicky has 26 years experience in healthcare, most of which has specialised in neuro rehabilitation and complex care. Vicky specialises in training and mentorship of complex care staff including tracheostomy, oropharyngeal deep suctioning and care, enteral feed tube care and infection control.

Charlotte specialises in clinical support and leadership for junior colleagues, students and external organisations.
She has experience in community independence service NHS, urgent response lead OT, bed based reablement team lead OT for Hampshire country council. Specialist clinical advisor for postural management team.
Charlottes area of expertise is Postural management, care planning, functional rehabilitation planning, assessment and invention.
She is qualified in ROSPA level 4 risk assessment training, train the trainer moving and handling of people. Posture management of complex disabilities oxford course,
