Family, friends and other significant support teams are included in the planning stage of all care to ensure that the Service User feels safe and happy with all arrangements of care. Care plans are revisited regularly to ensure that they remain relevant as situations demand.

Genkoo Healthcare believes that when service users are given great care, that ensures they feel valued, understood and well supported. This is achieved through a thorough and deep understanding of each Client's needs as well as family expectations.

Genkoo Healthcare understands the importance of respecting individual choices at all times. Service users are always supported by a team of a Nurse-led Care service that is quick to respond to client needs at all times.

Genkoo Healthcare provides: Elderly Care, Dementia Home Care, Live in Care, Respite Care, Overnight Care, Repositioning visits, Nursing Care, Running errands, Repositioning Care, Companionship and End Of Life Care.

All Care is tailored around individual needs as assessed by the Nursing team. Care visits can vary from an hour to whatever time is required to ensure a safe delivery of Care.
