Terrible company. Really let my partner down after 4 years of using their services, the service has been going downhill in recent months.
So-called carers that can’t speak or understand English, carers that don’t drive and have to walk to appointments, turn up smelling of sweat.
The manager who has
never made contact with my partner sent an email giving 6 days' notice that they were cancelling their service.
Leaving us a few days to find another care company, which was most upsetting for someone with MS
Would never recommend this company or its uncaring management.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 1.500 for Community Careline is calculated as follows: ( (1 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Poors x 2) + (4 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 6 Ratings = 1.5

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Community Careline is based on 0 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 0 = 0
