I joined Lotus Home Care 2022 as a care co-ordinator and I have worked my way up with the whole company's support to become a registered manager, learning along the way what good care looks like! I have been a CQC registered manager for 2 years with Lotus Home Care Calderdale. I believe in providing an approachable, friendly and compassionate company. I believe in delivering high quality, person-centered care to the local community and Going that extra mile. We work with external partners to be able to deliver the best level of care.
I believe that being at home is the best medicine anyone can have, being surrounded by your own possessions, loved ones and memories is the best way to achieve quality home care.

I joined Lotus Home Care not knowing what career path I wanted to pursue. My family and friends always described me as a caring person so I thought this would be the perfect job for myself. I have only worked in care for 2 years and I joined Lotus Home Care as a full-time carer. Then I was offered a promotion to step up to be a Field care supervisor. Then I was promoted again to Care Coordinator to now being the Care manager at the Calderdale branch. I have worked my way up with my manager's support throughout my time with Lotus. Lotus as a company supports any extra training that is required to help our service users have the best quality care possible. I believe in delivering high-quality and person-centred care to the local community.

We are the Finance and HR team at Lotus Home Care.
We handle billing and payments, payroll and HR.
We promote care and compassion in all aspects of our work ensuring all staff feel heard and supported whilst working for Lotus Home Care.
We handle all invoice issues with great care and attention to detail and aim to resolve issues quickly to avoid any undue stress and upset.
We are a small team with a big focus on wellbeing and offer Mental Health First Aid services to staff.
