The service we provide is led by a registered consultant pharmacist whose passion for caring for the elderly led her into taking up training with the frailty academy. Our registered manager Joy Okafor is also an advanced clinical practitioner and part of her role is home visits.
She looks after elderly patients and house-bound patients by visiting them and providing them with clinical care in the comfort of their own homes.
She is very experienced in providing clinical care and personal care to old people and she is registered with the CQC.
Joy is also a committee member of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
