a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

Job Title: Registered Manager
Joined: 2023
I’m Isaac Ncube, with over 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care, my background spans NHS hospitals, domiciliary care, and elderly nursing homes, all supported by a strong professional record. Over the years, I’ve developed the skills, experience, and leadership necessary to manage high-quality domiciliary care services effectively.
My career has shaped my ability to manage care services efficiently and with compassion. As a Social Worker for over seven years, I gained valuable experience in care planning, safeguarding, and working with multidisciplinary teams. As a Team Lead, I managed and supervised social workers, coordinated care packages, and ensured compliance with best practices. I developed strong skills in risk assessment, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, ensuring care was tailored to individual needs while meeting CQC and local authority standards. Working alongside GPs, district nurses, and dietitians strengthened my ability to provide truly holistic care. Leading and mentoring staff allowed me to support professional growth and maintain high service standards.
Before transitioning into social work, I spent 12 years as a Care Assistant, including three years as a Senior Carer and Team Lead. These roles gave me a deep understanding of frontline care and the challenges faced by both staff and service users. I provided hands-on care, supporting individuals with personal care, mobility, and medication management. I also gained experience in workforce planning, managing rotas, handling on-call duties, and ensuring care continuity. Training and mentoring staff was an essential part of my role, ensuring that new carers felt supported and confident in delivering high-quality care. Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals was also key, as communication is at the heart of great care.
Having worked in both frontline and leadership roles, I bring a well-rounded approach to managing domiciliary care services. My experience allows me to balance operational efficiency with a strong focus on quality, safety, and person-centred care. As Registered Manager, I am committed to maintaining high standards by drawing on my expertise in risk management, compliance, and leadership. Supporting and developing my team is a priority, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and able to provide exceptional care. I also believe in strong collaboration with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and families to enhance service delivery. Staying up to date with best practices and regulatory changes is key to continuous improvement, and I am dedicated to ensuring our care provision remains outstanding.
At Waverly Care Services Ltd, my goal is to create a service that not only meets but exceeds expectations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care while supporting our staff to thrive in their roles.
