Keko Personnel Limited is a new home care provider in the Staines-Upon-Thames area of Surrey.

The owner and Registered Manager has worked in the care industry for over 24 years. The company was set up following the death of the manager's father from vascular dementia. Keko Personnel provides person centred care with a holistic approach, maintaining confidentiality with personal details of the people and their family members. Keko Personnel promotes independence, choice, equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion.

The safety of the Service User is important to Keko Personnel, as such all staff members employed go through DBS checks, interview screening and obtaining references as well as making sure they possess the right qualification to match the need of the Service User, training is also provided to equip staff in order to be up to date with regulations. Once the right care and staff has been established, a risk assessment/needs assessment is carried out in order to establish the exact care needs.

The Service User is always at the centre of the decision making, but where it is established that they do not have the mental capacity to make decisions, the legal requirement to obtain necessary documentation that will support care package is acquired. Where necessary family members, professionals and advocates are invited to take part with the permission of those representatives.

The manager of Keko personnel services has been a great help and good advice. She is very good with my mother. With personal care. She comes in 2 times a day. I found this Keko Personnel through an app. I left a long message and the manager got in touch with details so we spoke over the phone and then
met up at my mother's house. We both decided for her to start on a Monday.
