Hello my name is Jason, I Initially joined the care sector at a young age, working within learning disability settings as a support worker, then moving into senior levels, multiple bases working, both within residential settings & supported living settings, I wanted a fresh challenge within health and social care.
I moved into the Homecare sector as a Care Manager and then became a CQC Registered care manager shortly afterwards, I have worked as a manager of a Homecare Provider both hourly care & Live-In care providing care services across England. I have also worked in a Residential Care Home for a 40-bed service within Nottingham as their home manager.
Having gained over 11 years of experience within the care sector working closely with other talented healthcare professionals along the way throughout England, I have always strived to provide high-quality care to the people we have supported.
Your Homecare Provider Ltd... Quality is at the heart of everything we do, I am passionate about leading a service that provides high-quality person-centred care and support services to people within their own homes. In 2024 I joined, Your Homecare Provider Ltd as part of their Operations team for our Beeston service which is based in Nottingham. I am really, looking forward to growing the service safely, and supporting people, who would like to remain safe and well at home.
