We work alongside ICBs and local authorities to provide patient-centred services for children, adults and young people with complex care needs. We assist clients eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding with ICB-approved care packages at home.
PERSONAL HEALTH BUDGETS (PHB’s)
We work with clients who have personal health budgets. We aim to deliver a high-quality care package tailored to your individual needs that will enrich and support daily living.
