I am writing about the services that you have provided for the care of my father over the course of several hospital visits and at the end when he died peacefully at home.
From the outset, we felt that we were in very good hands. The care and service provided by everyone at Chime Care has been absolutely
first class and we are so grateful for all that you have done.
When Dad was discharged from hospital the final time you provided two end of life carers to look after him.
We were completely overwhelmed by the wonderful care that the two carers provided in Dads last few days. They really went above and beyond what we expected, they were always there keeping Dad comfortable as well as being there for all the family, keeping us all informed and treating us with empathy and understanding. When I spoke to the Doctor's surgery, they said that we were very lucky to have such an experienced and knowledgeable carer and that she should be commended for what she does.

From the very first telephone call with Chime, I knew that their personal care and service would be the right organization for my elderly parents. The assessment was arranged quickly and efficiently. My mum particularly enjoyed the carer's company and chats. Everyone I talked to was helpful and caring,
which is a refreshing change to experience these days with some organisations. Thank you to all the team. I would thoroughly recommend Chime Care.

I am very happy with the care provided by Chime Care for my mother-in-law. The manager is very helpful and was able to provide an assessment and the required care at short notice. The assessor was extremely nice and friendly with my mother-in-law and this put her at ease from the start. The lovely carer
was very kind and patient. My mother-in-law liked her very much and enjoyed her company. All in all, we have complete confidence in the care provided and would highly recommend Chime Care.

The manager is so helpful and friendly and puts your mind at ease when discussing any requirements you may have, well done to the team
