Leon Rodgers is a passionate and experienced professional who has spent over two decades working in Consultative Sales, most recently in the health and social care sector, Selling Mandatory training to single and multiple service providers all over the UK, building a huge established client base, and great understanding of the sector.

This ensured a smooth trusted transition moving into the Recruitment world, progressing to be a CQC Registered Home Care Provider.

As a child, he often accompanied his mother to work within care homes and assisted with serving elderly residents, meals and snacks, Seeing his mother regularly called in to cover emergency shifts or cancellations made Leon determined to make a positive difference in the industry from a young age.

Kelly Taylor grew up running around care homes as a young girl as her mum was a dedicated carer for the elderly. This set the foundations to becoming a dedicated, compassionate and reliable carer herself.

For the past 25 years, Kelly has worked in various capacities in the care sector from washing up at weekends to laundry to caring to being a trainer and educator for managers and leaders, then eventually becoming a Registered Manager for a brand-new Domiciliary company for the previous 5 years.

During this role Kelly has learnt and developed the necessary skills and experience in leading a successful team with an honest approach. Kelly always strives to lead with passion and guidance to support the team to deliver high the highest possible standards of personalised care.

Remona Annon is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 20 years experience of caring for others.

Her career began as a playgroup teacher, and she later worked as a teacher’s assistant helping children with special needs and behavioural issues.

Seeking a new challenge, Remona decided to try her hand at caring for the elderly and loved it, working as a carer for six years for a large care home group during this time Remona took on various roles within the home including activities coordinator and assisting in managing the homes day centre.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic she saw firsthand the effects it had on care homes and decided to start LSR Care Recruitment with her partner Leon to help provide safe, effective care for the elderly.

Paul Nwamba is a dedicated professional with over five years of experience in the medical laboratory field, complemented by a recent focus on the health and social care sector. He holds a Higher National Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, as well as a Masters Degree in Chemistry.
Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in laboratory practices and patient care, utilizing his extensive knowledge to contribute to the advancement of healthcare services. His academic achievements and practical experience equip him with a robust understanding of both the scientific and operational aspects of medical laboratory work.

Paul is passionate about leveraging his expertise to improve health outcomes and is committed to continuous professional development in the ever-evolving landscape of the health and social care sector and has recently enrolled onto NVQ Level 4 Leadership in Management to continue this development and progression.

Caroline is a dedicated and compassionate person who enjoys helping others.

She works as a recruitment officer for LSR Care Recruitment. Caroline has qualifications in youth work and care, and has been working in this field for many years.

She has experience working in care homes, retirement homes, and within the community, and finds great satisfaction in assisting others to live as independently as possible. Caroline always strives to treat her clients with kindness and respect, and making someone’s day makes her own day better as well.
