Caremark provided great care for my Partner, who was terminally ill. He sadly passed away in early August. I would like to thank a particular member of staff, who was caring, polite, and always punctual and attended to my Partner's needs for the past 8 months. I also want to thank the managing director
and another member of staff for their input, ensuring my Partner was well looked after.

I have been using Caremark, Redbridge service for the last few months. The company management and care are excellent. The carer is well mannered, very prompt on timing, respectful and efficient in doing duties, and always smiling. I feel confident and safe.

I am writing to thank you and your team for the support you all gave my mother in the few days prior to her passing away.
Mum’s health and mobility deteriorated so rapidly that it was difficult for me to react quickly enough to provide the support she needed, especially as I am so far away. But following
our call late on Friday and your team meeting with Mum on Monday the speed and support you provided was truly exceptional.
With no notice you managed to immediately provide a carer who delivered sensitive, friendly, and comforting support to Mum, ensuring she was looked after and safe. Mum’s last few hours were spent with your carer, having breakfast, happily chatting and getting ready for the day.
Of course, ultimately Mum died at hospital due to her age and ill health, but I will always be grateful for the quality of care and professionalism your team provided to make Mum’s last few hours so comfortable.

I'm so happy that I chose the manager and her team at Caremark Redbridge to help my mum maintain her independence at home. I continue to be impressed by the absolute dedication and kindness that my mum receives from her wonderful carer. My sisters and I know that when we are unable to be with Mum, her
carer attends to all her needs and is intuitively kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always has a smile on her face. She has helped completely eradicate a long-term ulcer without the use of antibiotics, something that I would not have thought possible. Anybody requiring care for themselves or a loved one would be well advised to talk to the manager at Caremark Redbridge, nothing is too much trouble for her or her staff. I am immensely grateful to them.

My dad has been using the services of Caremark Redbridge for the last few months. So far I and Dad are very happy with the care provided. They have been able to accommodate the timings Dad wanted and are there to give me and the family the reassurance that he is being helped at the most important times
