She pursued a degree in Aviation and Airport Management and a level 5 in Health and Social Care while working as a Care Manager with over 5 years of experience in the sector.

She has a unique ability to connect with people and can manage administration while fostering relationships among communities.

Oana's role is to make sure that our services are provided to the greatest possible standards. She is facilitating the communication between the Care Specialists and our Clients. She is also the engine behind keeping our services up-to-date, person-centred and effective.
