She has always had a passion for caring for others, from leaving school, she went to work with children and young adults in both primary and secondary education, supporting students with additional needs. After taking a short time out when Emma’s children were young, she then decided care was definitely her passion and has spent the last 5 years both in the community providing high-quality care in the home and also as a healthcare assistant at the City Hospital in Nottingham.
