I am really grateful to the whole team at Right at Home as they have all supported me through some challenging times as well as providing excellent care for my Mom. They have been very accommodating when I have needed to change the times of visits or ask for additional visits. The Care givers are brilliant
with my Mom, they are professional, cheerful, kind, patient and treat her with respect at all times. They are reliable and are always on time and will happily carry out household tasks without being asked. They have definitely gone above and beyond what I was expecting. The one-hour visits allow some time for socialising, as well as providing care, and they all interact with Mom which is lovely to see and very touching, but more importantly, it is beneficial for my Mom. I don't know how I would manage without them!

My parents have been struggling for a number of years, my dad has a degenerative condition but one morning my mum called as there was a major problem, she needed help. I called Right at Home Telford and they literally came straight away to help. They visit daily, all of the team are wonderful, they
are kind, caring, respectful and have helped us to get the right department in place.

We contacted Right at Home for emergency support when I broke my leg and was unable to care for my husband. We were so impressed by the way the team worked together to ensure my husband received the care he needed with as little disruption as possible. Management and staff worked as a team to give a
professional, empathetic and effective service. I feel they take a real interest in making my husband as comfortable as possible, always looking at ways to improve the care to suit his needs. They always treat him with respect and consult his wishes, which is really appreciated. I would also like to note that the team have been very supportive to me during this difficult time. The model of one-hour slots means that care is not rushed and they have also been able to help me with household chores. The whole team has been so kind and considerate in what could have been a very difficult time.

We have been delighted with the service we received right from the first phone call I made enquiring about domiciliary care for my mother-in-law whilst we were away for a week. We asked for specific tasks to be completed and they were but the carer went above and beyond, using her initiative to sort
out problems as they arose. My mother-in-law is in her 90s and has dementia, so we were worried about leaving her but we were put at ease by the fact that she had the same carer every day and also by being signed up to a portal in which the carer wrote useful notes of every visit. I cannot fault this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

After many experiences with a care company social services provided, it was so awful and extremely distressing, that I decided we needed to find different help. Looking on the computer I found Right at Home. A lady came from Right at Home and discussed what we would like. Personal care for 1 hour each
day. They started on Christmas Eve 2023. My husband is so content with the excellent care, and attention they give him. With a bonus of gentle exercises, which have improved his strength enormously. He has had to have a short spell in hospital, which they gave me so much support, I cannot thank them enough.

All carers are kind and professional. They tackle a variety of tasks, including feeding birds and trying out new recipes. They are reassuring and confident, helping but leaving me in charge. I have found them flexible and they have made useful suggestions to solve problems.

Every aspect of the work is excellent and I am unable to fault any of the care given to my husband. The carers go from beyond the expected standard of work - often doing far more than is expected of them. Offers of help for domestic chores are constantly made.

These people are exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and professional but also dedicate themselves to their customers' well-being and go far beyond the standard provision to help them. They have treated my Dad with great care and great dignity and helped him recover, and have been very thoughtful

Twenty-four years ago, my path took an unexpected turn. I encountered the world of early-onset dementia care, and it struck a chord deep within me. Witnessing the struggles and triumphs of individuals living with this condition ignited a passion that has guided me every step since.


Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading and managing care in various settings, including post-operative rehabilitation, supported living, residential care and community care. Each experience has continually solidified my belief in the transformative power of high-quality care. That's why I'm particularly proud to have joined the Right at Home family. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to put my commitment to exceptional care into continual practice. I truly believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, comfort, and joy, and I'm dedicated to making that a reality for every client we serve.


One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is seeing our CareGivers enjoy spending time with clients and making a real positive difference in their lives. I've seen first-hand how empowered and fulfilled CareGivers become when they're given the right support, training, and appreciation.
