Emily went on to train as a Social worker and has worked in a leadership role as a Senior Practitioner Social Worker. Since qualifying she has worked in the fields of adult care, learning disability services and dual diagnosis (learning disability and mental health).
This hands-on experience has been invaluable in shaping her approach to management and service delivery. Her qualifications are complemented by ongoing professional development, including training in leadership, safeguarding, and person-centred care. Leading a team of dedicated carers to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Her academic background equips her with the knowledge to understand psychological principles and apply them effectively in operational settings. As an Operations Director, Talent oversees the daily operations of BITAK Healthcare service. Her responsibilities include:
