Hi, I am Deborah, a very passionate and highly driven individual. I have accrued over 8 years of experience as a healthcare assistant while diligently working my way up to the managerial level and I achieved a master's degree in Hospital and Health Service Management.

I have worked in various sectors within the healthcare sector, spanning from mental health support and various care homes, mother and baby units, CAMHS units and forensic units which has added up to giving me the experience and passion required in the care sector.

I am a leader who strives to ensure high quality and bespoke care is given to clients, by ensuring staff maintain high-quality training resources, efficient staff management, supervision and operating an open door policy and culture where everyone has access to communicate with me as I am always available to be reached.

Handled household chores for clients, such as laundry, dishes, changing sheets, and other basic cleaning. I arrange or provide transportation to appointments, supermarkets, etc and I also have offered emotional support such as providing a listening ear, giving support and advice, and giving reassurance where needed.

With my background in Public Administration and Project management, it is convenient for me to bring in my expertise to the team, and lead teams and coordinate tasks to ensure successful unflinching, and organized healthcare support at all times.
