GoodOaks Homecare is a Sussex based homecare provider who offer caring and compassionate support to people in their own home. This can either be visiting someone's home on a daily or weekly basis or a live-in care service. Offering a level of service that allows people to continue to live happily and independently in the homes that they love.

The Live in Care weekly package offers exceptional value and support - at £1200 per week for both individuals and couples this means that one can have the piece of mind knowing that you and your loved ones are well looked after and safe in the their own home.

GoodOaks Sussex South offer a hospital discharge service often carrying out client assessments in the major hospitals in Sussex such as Worthing, Chichester, Brighton and Crawley and Bognor. Working alongside discharge teams allowing patients to get home more quickly.

Their extensively trained Carers are able to support clients with a wide range of conditions and are specifically trained in Dementia, Parkinson's and diabetes care.

When recruiting carers GoodOaks select individuals based on PRIDE Values (Professionalism. Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Empathy) but most importantly they look for Carers who demonstrate kindness.

After selection all Carers are given comprehensive training and are supported by office staff who all understand the needs of each individual client.

GoodOaks has Care teams in Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Lancing Worthing, Goring, Angmering, Rustington East Preston and many other areas. The team also offers Live In Care across Sussex.

Local expertise is combined with easy-to-use technology so families can monitor the care service from an app on their smartphone.

People with a variety of conditions rely on GoodOaks, including those with physical disabilities, Dementia, Parkinsons, learning disabilities and older people.

    Our standard Live-in care package is £1200 per week - this includes looking after couples which means that you and your family have peace of mind to know your loved ones are getting the best care.

Hi, Goodoaks have proved to be excellent. We need an immediate response and support quickly thereafter. The team assessed us the very next day and we had a very lovely carer with us two days later. I would highly recommend their service.

We had very kind and lovely people - my mother-in-law was not able to walk and the carers were very kind, the entire team kept us informed about everything. I have already recommended them to another of my friends' parents. A very big thank you from all of us.

My parents needed help as my father has terrible dementia and they are both in their late 80's. Our carer played chess every day with my father and made my mother laugh. I live in London so am not local, but it was such a relief. Why we didn’t do it earlier as my mother has been given a new lease of
life!

The staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much effort. I live a long way away and they always kept in touch so I knew my mum was ok. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed and satisfied by the service they provided. The response time from our first telephone inquiry was very fast with an assessment the next day. They then were able to provide a carer immediately thereafter. The director and assessment manager were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely
helpful. This is always a difficult time and decision to make. They made the experience seamless. They were also highly competitive against other providers on price. I would highly recommend them.

Good Oaks were great when we were trying to arrange care for my aunt. When it got too much providing full-time care ourselves, we approached Good Oaks and they were supportive and helpful in our initial enquiry. We were given a lovely carer who offered a friendly and competent level of care, during
