GoodOaks Homecare delivers high-quality care and support with the goal to help people continue to live independently and comfortably at home.

Divided into two sectors of homecare, GoodOaks Homecare offers both visiting care and live-in care.

Visiting care professionals can help with anything from a 30 minute daily visit to help with meal prep, to supporting individuals with complex conditions and needs.

Live-in care is designed around the client and means the care professional will stay with them in their own home. They will help to manage household tasks, provide personal care, companionship and much more.

Completely person-centred, every care plan is designed to meet the individual requirements of each person, incorporating care needs as well as preferences and choice. Care plans are also closely monitored, ensuring the team can modify them to meet any changes to the person's needs.

Recognising that the best way to offer quality care is to work with quality care professionals, all
care professionals are chosen for their experience and compassion, and offered training to equip them with the skills and knowledge to offer the best possible care to all clients.

Funding & Fees Guide for GoodOaks Homecare - Epsom & Reigate

  • Visiting homecare cost: our homecare visits start from as little as £19 for half an hour.


    Live-in homecare cost: our live-in care services start at £1,050 per week for care of a single adult and £1,200 per week for a couple.


    Night care cost: night support normally is between 10pm to 7am, and generally starts from £130 per night.

The team at GoodOaks Homecare Epsom treated my mother with the utmost respect. Over the time they were her carers, her care needs changed significantly and Goodoaks adapted accordingly. They organized for her to have a hospital bed as things changed also an air mattress for her comfort. My mother became
very fond of all her carers at Goodoak. I highly recommend the whole team and I am very grateful for the care and attention they showed my mother. Thank you all.

An elderly relative, aged 92, had recently deteriorated in her ability to be able to care for herself at home. Contact was made with Age UK Banstead who provided a list of care companies that might be able to assist. The only one who picked up and was able to assist was GoodOaks Homecare.
She had been
unwilling to accept care previously but realised that this was now necessary. It was critical that an early solution be found and GoodOaks was brilliant at responding both extremely quickly and also providing the solution required. A day after the initial contact the two managers from GoodOaks met with her, her daughter and others. This was followed by the agreed care package starting the following morning, less than 48 hours since the initial contact, absolutely amazing, thank you to them both.
The care being provided is first class with excellent continuity of carers.
We cannot recommend GoodOaks enough as they have left us feeling that she is in good hands and her needs are catered for.
