The manager goes the extra mile to ensure excellent service for my mother.
They also advise on best practices to help us care for my mother.
Their staff is consistent which helps because she has dementia.
My mother has developed a good relationship with both her caregivers and has a good rapport
with them.
The manager staff are friendly and willing and ready to help in any way.
The whole organisation is supportive and very professional in their conduct.
They wear their uniform at all times and use their aprons and gloves.
We have contact details for the agency so are able to contact them directly when needed.

I have been finding that some of the carers that you are providing would rather sit in my mother's room and confine her there instead of trying to interact with the activities, we do need her doing the activities as this stimulates her mind and keeps her mobile. When we come to see her the carer wants
to be "in her pocket, so to speak"; instead of when mum has family come to see her, leaving her to them, they want to interrupt.
We would like them to get Mum out of her room more than they are doing and if they are given the option to go on a tour, then Mum needs to go. I do hope that this advice and help will be put to good use and that going forward things can only get better for Mum.

I deeply appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continually assess and enhance our services.
However, the review is a misrepresentation of the holistic care we give to your mum at the nursing home where she is.
Upon investigating your concerns, I discovered that the home Activity Coordinator's observations and impressions were based on just one day when your mother expressed a desire for a lie in her bed.
During my visit to the nursing home for investigation it was observed that your mum always participates in the activities in the home. In this light the home has since then queried the Activity Coordinator for giving out an inaccurate information. The nursing home also apologised on her behalf.
Regarding staff interactions, I have taken immediate steps to provide additional training and supervision. Our team recognizes the need for space during family visits and is dedicated to rectifying any lapses in this regard.
I want to express our gratitude for entrusting us with the care of your mother. We are fully committed to addressing the issues raised and implementing changes to improve her overall satisfaction and well-being.
I appreciate your partnership as we work together to enhance the quality of care provided to your mother.
