We're glad to hear that you were initially satisfied with the care provided by Nasya and that your mother was comfortable with the carers during the first two weeks. We understand how important it is for you to feel confident in the care your mother receives, especially given her specific needs. We apologise for the issues you experienced on the third week. The delay and the unfamiliarity of the carers with your mother's care routine were frustrating and concerning.
