I have found Right at Home to be professional, knowledgeable, and of course, very caring in the care of my bedridden wife. Since the start of her care in October, my wife now classes the carers as friends and enjoys chatting while they carry out their roles.
The management team too takes a keen interest
in my wife's care and are always responsive to mine or my wife's requests. In fact, their attention is such that they will often attend to in a hands-capacity in order to monitor and ensure we are happy with their service.

My mother with her dementia and mobility issues was in a bad way following a hospital stay. The care provided by social services was not good enough nor flexible enough to support her and my father. We switched to Direct Payments and engaged with Right At Home to support my mother back in June 2023.
They have been absolutely fantastic, so helpful, caring, and flexible. The management can't do enough to help. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for your review, it's fair to say all of our team who care for your Mother absolutely adore her! We all enjoy our visits out to her and it is an absolute pleasure to have been given the opportunity to have helped you, your family but especially both Mum and Dad. I will be sure to pass this review on to the rest of the team!

Being disabled and long retired I needed someone to provide care and companionship so I searched for an appropriate care company. When I found Right At Home, Solihull I was fairly sure I'd found what I needed and after a month of their care, I couldn't ask for more. They have the highest standards and
are excellent at caring with good company too.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.944 for Right at Home Solihull is calculated as follows: ( (17 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 4.944

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Right at Home Solihull is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Hi, I'm Anish and I am the Managing Director and Owner of Right at Home Solihull. I decided to go into care because I realised there was a gap in the market for a premium, person-centred homecare business through experience with finding care for my Grandmother after COVID-19.

Our aim isn't to just maintain our clients' lives, but to improve them and that is my focus.

My background comes from retail where I began a convenience store & a main Post Office in Sutton Coldfield. After the first year, we became more recognised and won multiple awards for the store and individual awards such as; 30 under 30 for 3 years in a row from 2021-2023.

I'm very family-orientated and love being in a position to help other people and there seemed like no better fit than starting my very own homecare business with one key goal; supporting vulnerable adults within our community. I'm really looking forward to making a difference as well as high-quality care.

In my spare time, I like to watch Formula 1 and Football. I enjoy playing badminton, travelling and going on walks in our local area.
