Harmony has sorted a big problem for us, which was the nursing staff to take our little man to school, so far we have had a positive experience, competent and reliable staff, hopefully will keep steady like that.

Harmoney has been supporting my child since he was diagnosed with complex needs, and I have had a positive experience with their services. Over time, we've had many nurses and carers, and Harmoney has consistently made a strong effort to provide us with reliable and skilled professionals. They adhere
to strict competency standards, and all instructions are meticulously followed through their internal systems. If a staff member is not meeting expectations, they are swiftly replaced.
While the process can take time, Harmoney ensures that staff are not hired until the client is completely satisfied.
Harmoney is that complaints are taken seriously. If you're not happy with the service, you can easily escalate your concerns to a higher department, and they will address them promptly.
We are happy to continue with Harmoney as long as we receive reliable, understanding, and flexible staff. I would recommend Harmoney to anyone in need of competent care services.

Harmony Healthcare have been amazing in finding loving, caring and supportive carers for my mum. My mother has motor neurone disease, that has rapidly progressed over the course of the year. This means that my mum has very complex needs (NIV dependant, PEG fed, unable to speak or write, unable to move
or reposition herself).
The carers caring for my mum are perceptive, understanding, and caring and show love and compassion to my mum continuously. The carers have been able to adapt to mum's progressive condition. They continue to support my mum to enjoy her life to the fullest. I feel safe knowing they are there supporting my dad as well.
