Trained as a Manager, I have developed strong leadership skills under the guidance of my previous manager and currently oversee care delivery in the field as a Lead Team Member.


My expertise includes conducting safeguarding assessments, maintaining accurate records through diligent notetaking, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. I participated in a successful CQC inspection in 2024 and recently completed a Provider Information Return (PIR), demonstrating my commitment to maintaining high standards in care and operational transparency.

We started as a Health care Agency providing Carers, Support Workers, and Nurses to clients such as NHS Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Care and Nursing Homes, and Care Centres, amongst others.


We have now added Home Care to our business and will seek to grow it with the same Passion, Motivation and Commitment as we have for over 10 years in the Healthcare world.
